A step-by-step guide: How to signup to InMoat and get onboarded.
First, sign up to InMoat using either your Gmail or Outlook account.
If you're interested in using InMoat for a different email service provider (such as @yahoo.com, @aol.com), shoot us a note at support@inmoat.com. We will notify you when we launch.
Ok, now let’s get started.
STEP 1.
STEP 2. Selecting Smart Filters.
Note: If you're unsure of which Smart filters are a priority, you can always select/change your preferences later.
STEP 3. Your Trusted Contacts and Suggested Contacts
When you first sign up, InMoat analyzes your historical email interactions to identify known contacts within your network. Once identified, InMoat will present you a list of your Trusted Contacts and Suggested Contacts, which you can always add/remove individuals and companies as you see fit.
Note: depending on how long you've had your email account for, it can take a few minutes for your list to fully populate. However, you do not have to wait for your list to completely load - you can continue on with the onboarding and revisit your Trusted Contacts page later.
STEP 4. Your @InMoat Folder
Last but not least, the @InMoat folder is an auto-generated folder that can be found on the side bar menu within your actual inbox. See Image below.
Note: the @InMoat folder is where all of your unimportant emails will be moved to, based on your Smart Filters preferences.
