STEP 1: Sign up for a free trial of the InMoat app and select Outlook to connect your inbox.
Step 2: Choose your Account Type:
Tip: It’s important to ensure that you select the correct account type that fits your profile.
STEP 3: Review our Data Privacy notice and select ‘Accept’ (to learn more about how we use and protect your data, read here). After hitting ‘accept’, you will be prompted to sign into InMoat using your email.
STEP 4: Sign up with your email address and select ‘Next’
STEP 5: Microsoft will ask for you to grant InMoat permission to connect to your inbox. Select ‘Yes’.
InMoat is now successfully connected to your Outlook. You can continue the sign up process and select your Smart Filters now, or select ‘Skip for now’ and go straight to your InMoat dashboard.

Friendly reminder: After signing up, you will notice a new “@InMoat” folder within your Outlook mailbox. This folder is where InMoat will reroute all of your unwanted emails, so they don’t cause distractions within your primary inbox.
Tip: If you’re not seeing the @InMoat folder appear in your inbox, try refreshing your browser (for Outlook Web) or close/reopen your Outlook (for Desktop).
