This guide will cover how to manage your InMoat account and subscription.
Updating Payment Information
To update your billing info, go to your Moatspace Dashboard > Account Settings > Manage Subscription > select the card you want to update or add a new payment method.
To switch plans, go to your Moatspace Dashboard > Account Settings > Manage Subscription.
This will take you to your Billing Portal (which is handled by Stripe), where you can change plans. Select Update Plan > choose the new plan you want > hit Continue > Confirm.
Cancelling your plan
We're sorry to hear that InMoat isn't a fit for you, but we appreciate you giving it a shot. As a small bootstrapped startup, our resources are limited but we're always looking to improve InMoat in order to truly help make email work for all. If you have any feedback you would like to share - the good and the bad - we would truly appreciate hearing from you at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To cancel your subscription, go to your Moatspace Dashboard > Account Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel plan
Revoking App Permissions
Although we're sad to see you leave, we promised we'd always be transparent with you and how we treat your data. In order to completely disconnect InMoat from your email provider, make sure to revoke InMoat from your app permissions. (In fact, you can review and revoke other apps that may still have access to your email account).
How to revoke app permissions
For G-Suite/Gmail users: to review & revoke your app permissions, go to My Google Apps Permissions.
For M365/Outlook users: to review & revoke your app permissions, go to My Microsoft Apps Permissions.
Review your @InMoat folder
You've now officially deleted your InMoat account and revoked your app permissions to InMoat, however, your @InMoat folder within your mailbox will remain. You can keep, delete, edit, rename or move this folder elsewhere directly within your inbox.
If you decide to delete the @InMoat folder, we advise you to review all the emails in it prior to deletion, in case there are any emails you may want to save. Or make sure to move the emails to another folder for future records.
